Et plus les bras sont en avant plus c'est facile. Ils sont proches du centre du corps donc la tension abdominale est diminuée. Si les bras sont tendus en arrière, le bras de levier est augmenté et la charge au niveau des abdos avec. Merci la pesanteur ! Le fait d'utiliser une charge permet d'augmenter l'effort bien-sûr.
