- Le moi attempting to make up for days 8-14 of #upsidedowniscomingtotown 🙈 last week was hard to say the least but hey we have a new one now. So here I'm trying "flow-ting" for the first time, needs improvement. Crow pose which I've been slacking on. Tripod headstand, holly crap I'm not sure why this pose terrifies me so much, I don't feel in control while doing it. And my hoppy little forearm and handstands. Hey, I am just trying...this challenge has been a tough expedition. My toe is almost done healing but it still hurts a bit, specially in the mornings when I wake up. The kettlebell swing is a movement that will get you the most bang for your exercise buck. The only issue is that it frequently done incorrectly. Kettlebell swing: Get into a wide squat stance with toes slightly pointed out. Keep your chest out and back straight. Your hands should grip the the kettlebell tightly with your arms between your thighs. Keep both arms straight with only a slight bend at the elbow.
