- Berry Protein Crepes: 1 scoop berry protein powder (you can use whey/plant-based/soy/etc) *1 scoop is about 1/4 cup 1 egg/flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water, leave this at least 30 mins, best overnight) 1/4 cup milk of choice (this recipe used almond milk) some sweetener (if your protein powder isn't sweet) Raw Cacao Sauce: 1 tbsp raw cacao powder 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp coconut oil Toppings: I used Strawberries, Banana Ice Cream, Cacao Nibs & Mulberries Directions To make the crepes, mix everything together until its nice and smooth. If you use flax eggs, blend the batter in a blender to make it smooth. Heat a medium sized pan (mine is about 23 cm) over LOW heat and GREASE with some oil. <--- IMPORTANT. Cook about 1/4 cup batter for each batter, swirling it on the pan to make it thin and round. Flip when the edges are set (this step is quite difficult, be careful!) Fill the crepes with chopped strawberries (I used about 8 large ones). Serve with the cacao sauce (simply whisk everything together) and other toppings of choice. Enjoy!

Con las cantidades que os pongo salieron 6 bizcochitos pequeños, así que si queréis hacer un bizcocho yo las duplicaria. Cómo veis sobre algunos puse un trocito de chocolate negro 100%, le da un toque amargo que me encanta, pero estoy segura que admite cualquier cosa, brutos rojos, manzana... Pero bueno, os cuento ya la receta! 💥INGREDIENTES:💥 ⏺️1 YOGUR DE SOJA ⏺️2 CLARAS ⏺️2 MEDIDAS DE YOGUR DE HARINA DE SOJA ⏺️1/4 DE MEDIDA DE YOGUR DE ACEITE DE COCO O DE OLIVA ⏺️1 SOBRE DE LEVADURA ⏺️1 CUCHARADITA DE ENDULZANTE (yo usé estevia, pero vale cualquiera) ⏺️2 ONZAS DE CHOCOLATE NEGRO ⏺️1 CUCHARADITA DE VAINILLA NATURAL (podéis poner limón rallado o naranja) 💥PREPARACIÓN💥 Encendemos el horno a 180° y mientras se calienta, montamos las claras, a continuación tamizamos la harina, y añadimos el yogur mientras mezclamos con suavidad, añadimos el endulzante, la levadura y el aceite. Removemos despacio integrando todos los ingredientes y añadimos la vainilla. Cuando tengamos una mezcla sin grumos lo ponemos en los moldes y lo llevamos al horno 20 minutos. Vamos mirando como están y cuando metas un palito y salga sin restos están listos. Si quieres ponerle algo más, 10 minutos antes de sacarlos del horno ponemos el chocolate o la fruta.... Y listo!!??
