- Sunday's are for Snackin' ❤️🤘 Oaty Chia Snack Balls for the win - these are great pick me ups for that afternoon slump or if you feel like a guilt free sweet treat 🙌. . I have made this recipe with breakfast bars but these bite sized energy balls are just the best 🙌 I also happen to be obsessed with making this recipe as it's quick, simple and mess free ❤️ Recipe * Makes 6-8 balls 100g @soaringfreesuperfoods Super Oats Vanilla 1/3 cup dates 1/4 cup melted @crede_natural_oils organic Virgin Coconut Oil 1 Tbs @ohmega_nutbutters Tahini or other nut butter of choice. . . . Add coconut oil to super Oats mix and stir together. Soak dates in boiling water for 10 mins then chop finally and mosh into a paste and add to mix. Get messy and use your hands to mix the dates in- make sure he mixture is sticking together. Add the tahini and stir together.
