- Today my meal called for carbs in order to replenish glycogen to give our body a little boost of energy after these intense workouts!!! So for dinner I had half of a white pita bread with Mediterranean salad inside and some shredded chicken done in the crockpot with Dijon mustard, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and some Worcestershire sauce. . Mediterranean salad —————————— Dressing: - juice of half a small lemon and some lemon zest - 1tsp of olive oil - oregano - minced garlic - pink salt -black pepper ——- Salad: Cut some cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, Romain lettuce, and red onions. (Feta cheese optional) . Mix everything with the dressing, toast your pita bread fill in with the salad and enjoy!!!! . . . #nutrition #balance #mealplan #diet #goodeats #80dayobsession #carbs
