- Today's workout was more about focusing on time under tension and watching the muscles work... It's good to see I still have a little bit of shape despite the amount of CV I have done whilst being at sea the last 7 weeks... it also feels great to be back in the gym doing what I love.. - Do you ever look back on pictures❓ Last night I decided to go through some old pictures on my phone (yes, I know... I am try to delete some of the 2,132 pictures)! πŸ™ˆ The picture on the left was taken in February of this year... just three months into my fitness journey! πŸ’ͺ🏻 I was proud of my accomplishments because I had decided as a mom of two that I needed to put myself first for just 30 minutes a day with a fitness program I could do at home and take care of myself because we all know as mommas that we usually put & take care of EVERYONE else before ourselves!! I had lost 24 pounds and looking back in my weight tracker (yes I track my weight & inches after I do each program or monthly checks) and I had plateaued for a month! In the past, normally this is when I would have QUIT on myself... not seeing results, the scale wasn’t moving! At first the weight will come off easy as you change your lifestyle and learn what is the correct way to eat and take care of your body... but then it gets tougher as your body starts burning your fat and building muscles. But this time... I kept going! The picture on the right is from this morning exact same shirt but you can see the difference in my face and body, as of this morning I have lost a total of 47 lbs! πŸ™ŒπŸ» So ONLY a difference of 23 lbs in the pictures but more physically fit, I have built muscles πŸ’ͺ🏻 and I am toning my body and there is one thing you can’t see in the picture is the confidence that has grown inside of me!! 😊 Have I had bad days along the way... of course but it is a journey... it is never over! You can do something EVERYDAY to better yourself and body! Are you ready to start your journey??Maybe just a sneak peek into a 7 day week to see what it is all about (we start Monday) OR are you ready to make that commitment to yourself and keep going past the plateau when your not seeing results and NOT GIVE UP ON YOURSELF! - Preparato lo spuntino pomeridiano. Cheesecake delizioso .Preparare la base con 30g fiocchi di avena e 5 g cacao amaro. Cuocere facendo diventare senso e aggiungere edulcorante. Mettere dentro una formina rotonda senza base. Cuocere in un pentolino 50g di ricotta magra. 50g albumi. 5g cacao amaro. Edulcorante e aggiungere sopra la base dentro la formina. Raffreddare.
