- It's been 4 days in a row! It's been a while since I've done that. Usually it's every other day. But, 4 days straight. I love it. It's #day6 of the plan. I'm starting to feel more tired, which is good it's helps me sleep better. I am eating and wanting to eat more. It's getting easier to put meals together. It is more aimed towards the type of activity you are going to do🏋🏽‍♀️ It can be dynamic stretching, foam rolling, leg swings etc. If you are going to have a legday for example you can do dynamic stretching for you legs to loosen them up and prepare them for the workout so that you have the mobility you need in the different exercises⭐️ - Warming up properly is key to avoid injuries🗝Do it properly and give it 10-15 minutes of your time.
