- ❤️ This is loooong, but stick with me.... . Have you ever felt lost? Like you weren’t sure who you were or what direction your life was going? That was ME a year ago. . I was miserable — I had given up on eating healthy and working out, I wasn’t sleeping, I hated going to work everyday, and I wasn’t sure what to do to change my situation. . With our move to the East Coast, I decided to dedicate more time to understanding myself and to figure out what was missing. I realized that I wasn’t living for me. I had neglected my fitness and the times I remembered being most genuinely happy I was being active – – I was running a half marathon, I was scaling walls in a Spartan race, I was simply on a long training run on Sundays with my friends. I had let the chaos of life and an unpleasant working environment get in the way of me taking care of myself. . I made a commitment to myself. I was going to figure out how to genuinely feel happy in my body, my mind, and my soul. Scrolling through Instagram one day, I ran across a #ootd post and saw woman (now my Coach!) who much like me had several children, a busy life, but was committed to working out every day and fueling her body with nutrition while surrounding herself by other strong women. THAT was it — that’s what I wanted, what I needed! . That thing, was a reason to stay committed and a sense of purpose with an emphasis on helping others find and believes in themselves. THAT is why I’m a coach. The physical transformations that I see in my challengers and coaches on my team are incredible, but more amazing are the changes in their mindsets and lives. . ✨ Are you motivated to help others? ✨ Are you motivated to supplement your family’s income? ✨ Are you motivated to start your own journey with saving money along the way? ✨ Are you motivated to change your life by creating freedom from debt or the restraints of a 9-5? . - Homemade quinoa bread! Super easy and crazy healthy for You! I tried this with regular quinoa first and the second time I made it was with tri color. I must say the tri-color quinoa is way better. It tasted like rye bread. All you have to do with blend 1/2cup of quinoa and 1/2 cup of water and add spices and a little touch of sweetener of choice to a blender. Mix until you get almost like a pancake mixture. Bake at 425 for 15 mins. Flip and bake for another 10. It is seriously so good. You can also soak the quinoa over night but I don't and my body has been able to digest it okay. But you do you and what works best for you. If you want to make a bread just make it a bit more thick. For a pizza crust just adjust the thickness when you pour it on the pan. - Last night brother bear cut his finger on a veggie peeler (that he wasn't supposed to have) before bed. He's tougher than nails but this really got to him and hysterics ensued. Bedtime blend is usually a standard lavender & cedarwood blend, but we really needed the big guns for this one, and let me tell you, this blend stopped the crazy in its tracks like RIGHT NOW. We now have a roller bottle mixed and ready to go for the next time I need serious emotional support for our sweet boy. Harmony (that holds a special story for a later date) + Cedarwood + Gentle Baby. Every day I find more reasons to love essential oils. This hippy life is the life for me. 🌱

- I’m weaning this little man fully, finally. And this was him today at nap time. Ya know, after he woke up LITERALLY every 30 mins last night, or immediately if I tried to put him down. BUT I will say, he cried about it WAY less than I thought he would! I thought he would bawl for hours straight. So I think this will be easier than I thought. I loved the bonding with him, it was the best thing ever. But for every one in the houses’ mental health, it was time for this step 😂
