Nell'immagine vi ho riportato le calorie su 100 g di diversi frutti ma vanno anche valutati in bas al peso del singolo frutto! Ecco qui le mie valutazioni: 🌸 Le mele, come la maggior parte dei frutti a pomo (ad esempio le pere) si aggirano intorno alle 50 kcal/100 g e ogni frutto si aggira sui 200 g. 🌸I frutti rossi sono tra i meno calorico (mirtillo, ribes, more e lamponi) oscillano tra i 35 e i 45 kcal/100 g, ma 100 g sono già una bella porzione! 🌸Pesche, prugne e albicocche hanno intorno alle 40 kcal/100 g che corrisponde anche al peso di un frutto di dimensioni medie (tranne le albicocche che di solito pesano sui 50 g) 🌸 Gli agrumi hanno tra le 35 e le 50 kcal/100 g, più basso per i limoni e più alto per pompelmi, arance e mandarini. - It may be the weather..but I am super exhausted lately and I feel like I just need some rest..like more than just a day but more like for some weeks. that's why I'm looking forward to christmas break. having time to rest and to relax at home. spending some time with my family and loved ones and just enjoy life. I manage to go to university each day though but I'm absolutely not motivated and neither am I in a good mood. it's not that I'm in a bad mood but you know...I'm just not feeling super nice. I want to sleep and do some sports and just lay around. - So today after my exam I recreated (+ tweaked) @tesebegg ‘s ‘vegan nachos’ recipe from her YouTube channel from agessss ago and oh my they were deeelish! I just love the think crispy potatoes and to be honest I can never get enough Hommus, so yes... I added more after the pic 🙊 Also, lately I’ve been reading about intermittent fasting and all the amazing health benefits so I’ve decided to give it a go and see if I can do it and if I notice any improvements such as brain function, immune system strength, bloating/gut health & metabolism and insulin sensitivity. I’m still very sceptical about it though because overall I believe that you should just eat whenever your body tells you it’s hungry for more nutrients, but I have an open mind and love trying and ruling out these random fads😝 🌟 Feel free to comment or DM me any experiences you have had with intermittent fasting (16/8)!
