- This week has been an emotional few days. Monday, I learned of the death of a childhood friend. He passed away from cancer. Although I have not seen him for years, the many memories of Scouts, sledding down dangeroulsy steep streets, snowball fights, school and pools will always remain dear to me. He and my brother were great friends. He was like an extra older brother, except without the arguing. It breaks my heart that he leaves us at such a young age; 47 is way too young. He has a beatiful wife, and three beautiful teenage children. The trouble is, I CAN imagine how they all feel. It is a great fear of my own, to leave too early. Cancer Sucks! This Wednesday morning, news of the passing of a co-worker was received. He was only in his early 50's. Just too early! Again, loved by all who worked with him. Loved to laugh and joke around. He trained me years ago on one of the jobs I had in the office. He too leaves a wife of about 32 years and young adult children. So much sadness this week. I cannot help but to reflect on my own life. I think most people do. How can I make the most of it? What will I change first? So many thoughts and feelings to process. #liveinthemoment #lifechoices #loss #grievingn #cancersucks #ihatecancer #livelifetothefullest #familymatters #abmlifeisbeautiful #myachingheart #ilovemyfamily #ilovemyson #ilovemymom #ilovemydad #tears #healing #makerslife #icandoit #justlive
