- Day 38: Total Body Core Today I am feeling really awesome! Last week I struggled with this workout. There were a couple of moves that my brain and body just couldn’t work together on. This week though I nailed every move!!! I upped my weights and didn’t quit even though there were a couple of times I wanted to. This program is no joke but it is so worth doing!!! Pictured above is my hotel fridge.Today I plan to consume 64 ounces of apples, spinach , kale , and lemon juice, 16 ounces of herbal tea, two (16-18 ounce) smoothies during dinner meetings, 128 ounces of water, and turmeric tea before bed.You can drink as much as you want during a cleanse. What you begin to realize is most of your “hunger “ /cravings are due to emotional or spiritual cravings. Maybe you are bored, lonely, excited but often you are not hungry. In this society we rarely feel HUNGRY because we are always eating ( snacks, three meals a day , a piece of this or a slice of that). One of my major takeaways from my trip to Ethiopia was, as a culture they didn’t really eat for enjoyment. I often asked about the best restaurant or favorite places to get certain foods , and they laughed me off . Food in Ethiopia was food . Of course their were preferred places to eat , but in general they ate for nourishment of there bodies, food was no big deal! In fact, the country fasts on Monday and Wednesday ( refraining from meat ).They often ate the same meal for breakfast, lunch , and dinner. Snacks like candy , gum, chips, and ice cream were non existent in town. - I try my best to explain how magical and fun our Fit Club is, and that although it IS a business for me, passion before paycheck is how I roll. . This??? Sums it up. ⤵️ . ✨I’m still here because, when it comes down to it, I know I can’t do this alone. Without the accountability, I would fall off the train and it would leave me in the dust. . This group of fantastic women has changed my life for the better. I have never in my entire life worked out as consistently as I am now for as long as I have or eaten as well as I am. . I’m a junkfood monster. I love it and it was my biggest struggle, especially since my husband won’t ever give it up with me. . But somehow with the support of you wonderful ladies, I don’t miss it too much. So what it boils down to is this... I’m here because it works. I’m here because I found success. And I don’t ever want to turn back. . My lifestyle change is not only beneficial to me. I now can show my little girl how to have a healthy lifestyle as she grows and blossoms into the incredible little human that she is. . I currently weight LESS then my pre pregnancy weight and if you would have told me that would be possible for me 3 months ago, I would have laughed. . This program is REAL. The results are REAL. And the accountability and support you ladies give is the KEY to success.✨

But whether you missed a week (or more) of workouts or totally blew your diet, all it takes to get back on track is a little modivation. You meant to just grab a cup of coffee on your way to work this morning, but that scone looked so good. When you give into a craving, you might be tempted to toss the entire day's eating plan out the window, but don't throw in the towel just yet. You have plenty of opportunities to get back on track, it's not too late to make today a success. So you pushed snooze one too many times this morning (check out why you're tired all the time) and had to skip your workout. While you probably feel like kicking yourself, remember that everything doesn't depend on this one workout. Tomorrow is another chance to reach your goal. And when you look back in a few months and see how far you've come, you're not even going to remember that one time you didn’t make it to the gym. I promise. A healthy lifestyle is made up of a bunch of little things, so don't give up when one obstical comes in your way. We've all got to deal with setbacks, whether it's missing a workout when we're sick or having to grab something from the vending machine when there's no time for lunch. Keep your eyes on your long-term goals. Sure, you can eat clean when you're in charge of the menu—but what about when you visit your in-laws, who don't eat anything that isn't straight from a package? Instead of freaking out because you won't be able to follow your diet, commit to getting back on track tomorrow, and remind yourself that cheesy potatoes are worth it! So you've decided to try your hand at the 21 day fix diet—but a few days in, you realize that there's just no way you can give up your coffee creamer. Instead of scrapping the entire plan, look at the big picture: If that one tiny concession will help make the rest of the diet work for you, then go for it!
