No need to fly to Chile folks we have Chilean Sea Bass tonight at the Nicollet Island Inn. Our Chilean sea bass is placed on farro asparagus and dressed with a truffled hollandaise sauce. I mean go to chile if you want, trust me its beautiful, but now that gas has dropped wouldn't it be cheaper to just drive to our Inn?
