- Wouldn't it be amazing if you are able to eat green leafy vegetables, nutrient rich fruits, omega 3's , antioxidants, the essential amino acids for every meal , every day! And for sure some might also do, but let's face it, it's a little difficult to eat a cup of raw spinach for every meal. Sounds kind of painful, doesn't it? ๐Ÿ˜ณ Well I found a trick to get more greens in to my diet, and that is to drink it! ๐Ÿ˜€ . SMOOTHIES!! Anyone else other than me who is a big fan of 'em ?๐Ÿ™‹ . . When you add a cup of spinach or kale and other yummy goodies to your breakfast smoothie, not only can you not taste it but you are getting all the essential nutrients that power you up to tackle the day!๐Ÿ’ช . . But here's the thing guys, not all smoothies are created equal. So make sure you are adding the right ingredients to make that bad boy filling and nutritious and not a glass full of sugar that leaves your tummy rumbling in an hour. . Here are your must adds to your smoothie to make it yummy-licious! . โœ…Veggies - Spinach, kale, Carrots, Celery, Broccoli (yes even that!) plus you can try many more! Pssst....I love parsley and coriander in my smoothie too ;) โœ…Fruits - stick to berries, cherries , apricot and other low glycemic fruits. You don't want to be eating a lot of sugar on an empty stomach unless your job duties consists jumping on a trampoline! ๐Ÿ˜ โœ…Avocado - I love this in the smoothie so much, this gets its own category. One weekend we were all getting bored at home and decided to go out! But we didn't want to just go out to eat, I feel like that's so over done!! My kids were bursting with energy and to be honest, so was I! . . This was so much fun guys! My son, my daughter , my husband and myself pitched 30 balls each and felt GREAT!! I was committed to go to the gym just like any other day so I asked my daughter if she wanted to come along and she said yes!! Well this happened and and now my daughter loves Push Ups and it was a great workout for me ! So win-win! ๐Ÿ™Œ. She was so happy that she was a part of it. . . - At 6am this morning I was warm in my home, when suddenly I heard pounding rain that wasn't stopping. I told myself I was going to the gym - but any other day the thought of going out into to the cold, wet and unapologetic weather would have kept me inside without a thought. . . . There's one thing that got me up in the pouring rain and out of my home. I had an appt with my personal trainer @as.fit.pro didn't want to cancel because I didn't want to waste his time, and it costs money. So, I got up like it was any other day and went. . . . Once I got there, everything was amazing. I had a great workout and now the rest of the day I feel the endorphins and strength from my workout. My whole day is different! . . . Going to the gym isn't about how I feel on any day, it's just another appt on my calendar. When you're consistent with going to the gym or anything else that you want to achieve, that's when a transformation happens - and it feels easy.
