Between work, family, taking care of her children, and day-to-day tasks, Carrie took a look at her schedule and thought there was no way she could schedule in time to workout. "I was not happy with how I looked, felt stressed out, and our family was eating out more often," said Carrie. However, she knew if she wanted to keep up and stay healthy balancing the life of a super mom, she needed to make time.
Her 2017 New Year's Resolution, (uh oh, we know the statistics of resolutions!) was to make fitness a priority. **Spoiler Alert** It's October, so we know she's beaten the odds of committing and quitting ;)
