- STRETCH YOURSELF - each week you should be working out what one thing you can improve on and challenge yourself with your fitness. It could be your goals, your technic or your routine. For me it is making sure I stay on track while I am on vacation for the next two weeks. Ensuring I get some downtime but also not losing the gains I've made this year (and also this stretch kind of conceals my love handles so I don't feel bad about my weekend)...
