Man it feels good to finally get a good one in, after nearly 6 months of battling a shoulder impingment, iv finally been able to understand my body and proper movement techniques to avoid further injury, improve my posture & keep building.
Not saying my overhead press is perfect, but notice my arms dont come infront my ears - something lifters often look past. I always like to superset with exercises with myself & my clidnts strengthening the rear delts, rhomboids & rotator cuff to keep the strength on the posterior chain as strong or stronger than the anterior.
