- Shoulders & Arms day!! . . . . Man it feels good to finally get a good one in, after nearly 6 months of battling a shoulder impingment, iv finally been able to understand my body and proper movement techniques to avoid further injury, improve my posture & keep building. Not saying my overhead press is perfect, but notice my arms dont come infront my ears - something lifters often look past. I always like to superset with exercises with myself & my clidnts strengthening the rear delts, rhomboids & rotator cuff to keep the strength on the posterior chain as strong or stronger than the anterior.

- Week 5 of my 3 day split 2x a week. Added 5 lbs of lean mass so far. Love using Hammer Strength Machine & Pull Ups for adding size. Always finish off with cardio to keep the metabolism torching fat post workout! and thanks @karmeljemmarie for the video !!! ------------------------------- 1. Hammer Strength Chest Press SS Wide Grip Pull Ups 4x8 2. Incline Chest Press ss Cable Row 4x8 3. Incline Full Extended Fly SS Wide Grip Row 4x8-12 4. Flat DB Pull Over ss Chin Ups 4x12 5. KB Clean ss box jumps 8 reps x5 continuos rounds
