- #Repost @boldlyvegan (@get_repost) ・・・ Do you check your products for the 'cruelty-free' label to signify it doesn't test on animals? The companies that don't test on animals make a clear point to state it somewhere on the product. Hundreds of thousands of dogs, cats, rabbits, primates, mice and other animals are poisoned, blinded and killed every year for product tests for cosmetics, personal-care products, household cleaning products, etc. These product tests are not required by law, often produce inaccurate results and even if a product has blinded an animal it can still be marketed to us. Below are some of the major companies that still test on animals: •Johnson & Johnson •Clorox •Lysol •Arm & Hammer •Windex •Tide •Listerine •Febreze •Comet •Glade Join me in not supporting companies that test on animals. If everyone stopped supporting products that were tested on animals then companies would stop testing on animals - it is that simple of a solution. Every dollar matters. Every dollar has power to either support cruelty or support for a better world.

- Today we presented a gift to Dr. Ali Malekzadeh, President of @rooseveltu, to establish the Eftichios "Van" Vlahakis Organic Chemistry Lab. It was always our late CEO's dream to give back to the school that changed his life by helping him earn a degree in Chemistry when he came to this country as a Greek immigrant. Today we honored Van Vlahakis with this gift that will provide students with an important space to focus on developing new formulas and products based entirely on renewable resources. #50yearsofgreen #ECOS
