- Needing a break from studying and writing today. Started to feel like nothing was sinking in or freely flowing on paper. For me that is a sign to stop what I’m doing and get outside and just be. I don’t try to do anything else, I just sit. If you find you are becoming overwhelmed with work, the kids, studying, your creative work, its absolutely ok to acknowledge this, to stop what you are doing and take a break rather than pushing on. It’s a sign your mind and body needs to regroup, to breathe and just be. You only need 5 minutes, it makes such a difference.😘🌷

- Today is world diabetes day💙.My husband Geoff and one of our sons Charlie both have type 1 insulin dependent diabetes. Geoff has had it for 41 years and our son Charlie for 9 years. They didn’t have a choice. It hasn’t been easy, and there are days when they can’t seem to get a break. Today, is about bringing awareness of diabetes and the different types there is and hope one day that there will be a cure. I want to celebrate Geoff and Charlie for both being inspirational everyday, they have never used their type 1 as an excuse or let their type 1 diabetes get in the way of living their lives. Trust me this is no easy thing to accomplish. 😘🌷 📷 @jessmcsorley

- Excited for a brand new week🤗, I have lots to do this week but I always make sure the elements that help me be my best are a priority. This includes my exercise, for me without exercise I’m not able to stay focused, be energised or motivated both in my mind and body.🙈 These things are usually the first we take off our list when our lists feel full and overwhelming. It’s important they stay a priority and remain part of your daily schedule. As they are what will help you , get through that list, reduce the overwhelm and get through a big week with more ease. Have a wonderful Monday and lovely week😘🌷
