heatherlynx - Heatherly Chenet @eriktee107 if you're looking to shed some weight, I highly recommend a ketogenic diet. I effortlessly lost 20lbs in 2 months just by eating low carb, moderate protein, and high fat. No exercise at all. I'll post the recipe on my fb picture if you're interested :)
becctagrams - Rebecca 20lbs!? Dang girl! I've been like 75% carb free for awhile now. It's the sweets that get me!
heatherlynx - Heatherly Chenet @becctagrams Yeah, I had gained most of it in just a year and I wasn't used to it, so it needed to come off. I'm still wanting to lose another 10...slowly it coming off at the rate of about 1/4lb per week which I'm okay with because I'm not restricting calories and I'm eating tons of fat.
heatherlynx - Heatherly Chenet @becctagrams and the sweets get me too. Have you tried stevia or xylitol as substitutes? They get me through so far.
