- My life didn’t turn out the way I imagined it would when I was a little girl. Being raised Mormon, I had thoughts of having seven children and being a stay at home Mom. One who would make bread from scratch and have perfect children who would all be musically inclined. . . There was always a subtle whisper in my heart though...”but what about living in Paris? But do you even want children? But none of the men you date seem to appreciate your intelligence.” It’s hard to decide what voice in your head to listen to. What choices to make. Do you have the kids? Do you not? Do you travel the world? Do you stay put? . . I am just as positive now, that if I had had those 7 kids, I’d be so incredibly happy and grateful for them. Just like I am incredibly happy and grateful for the time I moved to Paris and for the beautiful experiences I have now. I’m so incredibly in awe how beautiful my life has been and how much bigger it is than I ever used to imagine. . . So often we think that making different decisions in the past would mean that we would have a more content and more happy NOW. I think we can all get caught up in what might have been in our lives. Especially, during the holidays.. . . The truth is that all the decisions you made were the right ones. That where you are now is exactly where you need to be. That the low points and hard times are the things that spurred growth and your rising moments. Every decision you have made is the right one. . . Living in the present moment and listing those things you’re grateful for is not just some sweet thing you can do to feel thankful, it’s something that must be done to understand the depths of your souls’s journey in this life. Oh, the places you have yet to go. Oh, the places you’ve been. But here. Now. In pain or in joy, you are alive, you are a feeling, vibrating human who has magic inside of you. . . Happy Thanksgiving Friends. I’m lucky to revolve in your presence with you. . . 📷 @alinadanilov.photographer

- Love working with this lady. She puts her heart and soul into everything she does. She pushes through boundaries and dreams big. It’s been amazing to watch her business transformation over this past year and if there were an award I could give her I would. She’s going big places ans reminds me again and again of truths I know—its all about the relationships we make in this world. Love you @emma_natter —and your adorable family. So excited that she’s going to style a big shoot I have planned with my nieces!

- How to feel ok in your own skin? Do you ask yourself that a lot? How do I feel? What do I want? Where is this going? What about tomorrow?. . . The best way to feel like you’re in your own skin is to sit in it and get quiet. Put your hands on your heart. Connect to you. Cut ties to People and Things and Apps that sap your identity and make you feel not enough. . . Present moment. Breathe in and out. This whole “being human” thing can get hard and muddy, especially for extra sensory artists types like us. . . Hug someone. And let someone hug you. . . Give more love. If even just to your thighs (just tell them they are cool, even if the pumpkin pie you ate sort of stayed there this week). . . Xo, love you warriors. . . (Bouquet by the talented @tingefloral with ribbon by @froufrouchic and dress by @carolhannahbridal styled by @tesscomrie )

- The thing about seeing the world is that it reflects you back to you. You can see your grace with others and your entitlement too. You can see where you are brave. You can see where you’re still scared. You can look into the eyes of someone who speaks a completely different language and not have five words between you and still share a moment and a memory. You can smell and hear differently because they don’t have these particular scents and sites where you usually roam. I’m so grateful, Japan. Thank you. 🙏🏼🍜🍵 Styling @chikaeoh ans @7over10. Tablecloth @murlifestyle. Pottery @idaten.2003.111

- There are going to be those moments in your life where your heart just hurts a little, longs a little, and wants something more than what it currently has. The deepest answer to these pangs is always buried within ourselves. Somehow we buy into these ideas that things outside of ourself can make us happy and complete. The exact opposite is true. We become happy and complete by delving inward, releasing attachment, expecting the best outcome for our highest good, and listening to our own emotions. . . Our emotions are our true compass. Be sad. Smash plates. Cry tears. Laugh belly laughs. Get angry. Feel it all, release it, and grow stronger. . . With love from Japan. . . @musat.official, @kristin_hayes_jewelry, @massielmatgil @thepathworkshops

- You’re working hard. i see it. i see you. Take a moment and believe that you can accomplish as much money and as much connection and as much business as you desire without running yourself into the ground. You can thrive. You can book jobs. You can take one week off a month (my ideal). You can do it all without the angst. Get some tried and true techniques to help. i have a ton, but one that i love is deep power breathing and breath work. i also love EFT for dealing with anxiety (google it). You got this. You do. Promise. . . Cornwall collaboration with @weddingsparrow @thegardengateflowerco @bellauniquebeauty @kristin_hayes_jewelry

- Returning to Asia this week and planning on changing up so many things i do again and again. We can get into those behaviors of approaching our creativity the same way, or our friendships the same way, or the way we dress or what we eat. We can turn into creatures of habit so so so easily and quickly. One of the reasons i travel is to shakes up my world. Shake up my thoughts. Shakes up the familiar and seek after the life of adventure. This photo taken in Thailand two years ago. Can’t wait to head to Japan this Saturday and shake up my world! How are you shaking things up this month?

- Self Love Work means that you find so much joy in solitude, connecting with your own divinity and worth. Staying present in the here and now. Loving what is and surrendering to releasing the struggle to change. Self love means dancing in the kitchen, speaking up for yourself, raising your standards, bringing people into your life who reflect that love because they love themselves too. . . People who cant say “I love you” drift out of your life when you begin the deep inner healing and deep inner knowing that whispers “you are love and you are worthy of every good thing”. People who love themselves beat any perfect body or any beautiful feature in my book. I’ve always been drawn to people according to what they radiate , not what they look like. . . The world is trying to fool you I to believing that what you look like matters more than anything else. That it determines how you should be treated and what you deserve to have. Don’t believe that world. You can be part of one of your own making where love is the thing we all radiate and receive.
