- Last-Minute Weekend Abalone Adventure Ever been curious about abalone diving, but afraid to try it? Now’s your chance. Head to Abalone Camp this weekend (June 25-27) at the Little River Inn, in Mendocino, and an expert freediver will guide you as you plunge down to your dinner—a wild California red abalone. Ab Camp abides by strict harvesting rules and supports sustainability, so you won’t be depleting the stocks of this delicacy. Afterward, you’ll learn how to cook and feast on your catch. June 25-27, 2017; packages including accommodation at the inn start at $575; all equipment provided. Pick up a fishing license at your local sporting goods store before you go, though. - Hiya! @Evakosmasflores here from AdventuresInCooking.com again! This photo is an image of the dinner table from one of my workshops. I absolutely love teaching, and one of my favorite things to do is host food photography workshops all over the world. 📷 🌎 📷 My partner-in-retreats, @careynotcarrie, and I host them through our company FirstWeEat.co, and we create 5-day workshops where we teach photography, styling, and the ins and outs of the business side of blogging and social media. We and our team also create a unique menu for each workshop that features dishes from the local cuisine, and every meal is homemade. On the last day of the workshop, we also do a fun local outin—like wine tasting in Bordeaux, or maple sapping in Vermont, or truffle foraging in Croatia. They’re pretty much the greatest! You can see more of them at our #fweevents hashtag and sign up to hear about when our next workshop opens for registration at FirstWeEat.co/Join 🥂

- @Evakosmasflores here from AdventuresInCooking.com again! My husband and I have been slowly remodeling every room in our house since we bought it 3 years ago, and our most recent update was the master bedroom. It went from a cramped dreary attic to a bright and calming hideaway, (one that I often retreat to when I’m bombarded with too many emails 😬). My favorite finishing touches in this room are the @masterofplasterusa authentic lime plaster (I plastered the walls with it myself, and ended up with the biceps to prove it! 💪) and my @roughlinen natural linen bedspread. I talk more about my remodeling experiences on my blog under the ‘Homestead’ tab, if you’re interested in reading more about our process. Have you done any home remodeling? What was your favorite part of the experience?

- Hey, friends! @Evakosmasflores here from AdventuresInCooking.com again! I am kind of obsessed with flowers, and love including them in my food photos whenever possible. These white stunners creepin’ up on the blueberry tartlettes I made are very fragrant white clematis flowers. My clematis vine grows on the railing of the staircase up to my house and blooms for a couple weeks every year, filling the whole entryway with the best possible smell. This, coupled with the scent of these super delicious blueberry, lemon, and olive oil curd tartlettes, made for a very aromatic afternoon. You can find the recipe for these guys over at my blog, Adventures in Cooking 🍰🍰🍰

- @Evakosmasflores here from AdventuresInCooking.com again! As is evidenced by this photo, can we all just agree that melted chocolate is prettttttty much the greatest? I personally am a HUGE fan, so much so that I topped this chocolate swirl cake with a whooooooole lotta it (and then maybe dumped some white chocolate shavings on top). 👩🏻‍🍳 You can find the recipe for this chocolate almond swirl cake with hot fudge and butterscotch sauce up in on my blog, Adventures in Cooking! What are some of your favorite chocolate recipes?
