This @PremierProtein bar & frozen yogurt bark has been my saving grace this busy busy week and I may have had to battle a toddler for the last piece. πŸ™„ WE NEED MORE BARS! Make your own with the simple and fast recipe below! . . . INGREDIENTS - 3 cups greek yogurt - 2 @PremierProtein bars (salted caramel & dark chocolate almond for the win!) - 3 tablespoons chocolate chips . . . HOW TO Chop up your #PremierProtein bars (30 grams of protein and a good source of calcium in each!) into itty bitty pieces and stir 1/2 into the greek yogurt. Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the rest of the protein pieces over the top. Add the chocolate chips, reserving 1 tablespoon to be melted and drizzled over the bark. Place in the freezer for 1 hour and then try very very hard not to eat the entire batch in one sitting.
