- Friday evenings running around the garden with my little fox. He's such a wild thing, loves, loves, loves running free...even better if it's dangerous and giving me mini heart attacks! πŸ‚πŸ‚ So Mark and I are late to the Dr Foster party...started last week and got one series down already. Mark is at work now and I think I'll have sufficiently tired the rascal out to maybe get myself sat down with a cuppa soon. So what is the etiquette on watching the next episode without my viewing partner?! πŸ˜‚

- #thevillageunited is for me just one little haven of inspiration, not just in terms of photographs but absolutely inspiring people! The pictures are really something else and I love people's different perceptions and interpretations on life and how they capture and compose a photo. This week, although it was so hard to choose, our winner is @bearinthesmallwhitehouse, the picture, the caption, the sentiment was just beautiful. Our runner up was @saltyyogagirl yogagirl, this picture actually stopped me in my tracks, just look at it, stunning! My two personal picks (I know I couldn't just choose one, although I could have probably chose about 10, were @amumandthensome , I loved the sweetness and contrast between the football boots and the ballet slippers and @mylittleduke the picture of you and your sister on the swing in Amsterdam looked straight out of a dream! Thank you all so much for being part of the village! I'm so excited to tell you about our prize this week, if you love fashion you'll adore these statement tasselled earrings, swipe right to see them in all their beauty! To win this amazing prize, the rules are as always, follow myself @kaelinwilson @kittylarouxx and @weavegold and submit your most creative images to #thevillageunited! ❀️

- I've wanted to write about this for a while, I've got pages upon pages of notes where I've written my experience in an attempt to reach carthacism. However, I've just pushed them aside, waiting for the right time...but like most things in life there's never ever really a right time...the time is now. So thank you for the tag @littlewoodlife as always you are a true force of light and it has given me the nudge I need and it couldn't be more apt for #worldmentalhealthday. So the little man in the picture is named Ezra and it means 'helper' which was what attracted me to his name. Emma asked us to share one quality we like about ourselves and I do feel I'm a helper, I like to help and encourage, I don't like to see others be upset or struggle. However ironically I don't really help myself, but I know to be the best mum and person I can I need to address things rather than bottle them up. The weekend past was a complete washout, I finally broke. Physically I felt I couldn't breathe and the tears just wouldn't stop. Even yesterday at work I was sure my friends could see my puffy eyes as I tried to put up the happy façade. I've had 2 miscarriages within 5 months of each other, I thought I was dealing with it, I surprised myself as I was actually able to talk about it quite matter of factly. I considered maybe I was perhaps a heartless person as I felt it wasn't really affecting me like it should, on the other hand I thought maybe I'm just a bit stronger than I gave myself credit for...Turns out I was just numb and had brushed it aside, talked about it like it had happened to someone else. The first baby I lost was due around now, that's why it has finally hit me. The realisation of what could have been, but which is not. However I do have hope and I hope you girls don't mind me mentioning your names but within this community and in my real life there truly are some of the best. Thank you @motherbeastie @kittylarouxx @ccaryschapman @a_littlebitoflife and @_hellobro_ and of course my Mark your support will never be forgotten ❀️ I will eventually write about it all properly but for now I'm just grateful and I'd like to tag you girls cont in comments

- He's fearless, he's independent, he's a tornado of energy, spark and joy. He's inquisitive to the point of (our) exhaustion as he navigates his journey of discovery, leaving a trail of saucepans, cereal, baby wipes (and a shell shocked dog - his best friend πŸ˜‰) in his path. He quietly observes and loves to know how things work, he uses door handles, loves the cause and effect of light switches and remote controls. He greets his big sisters with a big 'hiiiiii' every morning and has developed a crush on Taylor Swift (the only time he stops for 3 minutes is when she comes on the TV and his little face lights upπŸ™ˆ), he's very much becoming a little boy...but he's still my baby! Sometimes it's breathtaking how much he's growing, but yet when he wears certain things he becomes my little baby again. When I dress him for bed in his little white and neutral @primark sleepsuits (what is it about those little suits?) also when I dress him in his @primark hoody with little ears, he's instantly so little again, the material being soft enough for his baby skin due to being made from pure cotton and yet strong, warm and functional and fit for purpose for my intrepid exploring little toddler ❀️ I can wholeheartedly say that I just love this baby soft range which I know my little one is completely comfortable in #ad #iworkwithprimark #primark

- Sometimes I have to commute for work and there's no greater luxury than taking the train! Most of the time at work I'm at a screen or on the road driving, we also have a baby who likes to keep us on our toes and wakes most nights at 2/3am...this all leads to very tired eyes. So I like to make the train journey some 'me time' I bring my flask of hot coffee, upload some interesting TED talks, put the earphones in and an optrex warming eye mask on and this results in pure relaxation. Renewed and feeling fresh by the time I step off onto the platform, for a busy working mother of 4, this is true bliss! #optrex #OptrexEyeMask #ad

- Was playing around with this picture last night with the steam effect (as you do) and Mark was taking the hand out of me saying, jeez that coffee would burn the mooth aff ye πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Anyway needing buckets of this this morning!! Work today is busy busy and involves lots of new beginnings, the start of a new 10 week drama project with a local school, my lovely work placement student who is truly amazing will be coming in to assist and this evening we start an Art Ability programme! All exciting stuff but I can't help but feel full of butterflies and a bit tentative before the start of new projects! Picture inspired by cinematograph advice from @me_and_orla ,constantly inspired by her, in visuals, writing and life 😍

- Posting Izzy because I feel guilty that I haven't had her on my feed for a while...how does mother guilt even extend to being fair about how much of each child you post on instagram? πŸ™ˆ Also posting oldies as life just seems to be a whirlwind of work, homeworks, singing lessons, gymnastics, volleyball...waiting, waiting around in the car, throw in an unsleeping baby into the equation and I can just never seem to or even have the inclination to get out and about at the moment! Just want fluffy pjs 😴😴 #primark #iworkwithprimark
