- Let food be your medicine. I am absolutely missing this cozy cafe that we found during our trip. The green juices and the famous Coconut French toast are just tooo good and prices are more than half of the price in HK. ( I literally thought I could live there for it! ). I really love food and used to really eat whatever until I realized there are food that I should really avoid due to the body conditions. So, I give myself rules of when, what and how many I can eat for certain foods. Because really, our bodies are smarter than we all think and react to those you shouldn't have faster than we expect. #fitfabxash #ashxtravels

Always so much to do, but too little time, too little money ... Am glad to be doing what I like most of the time and be able to learn, improve every day, and be spoiled by all the amazing and loving people. I have never imagined myself of what I am today at all, neither physically nor mentally. - #whenashmeetsnepal - Along the way in different teahouses, we encountered so many people from all around the world, men and women, of all ages. We talked about what we do back in our cities, why we are where we are now and how the trek was during the day, and where we are headed to, over a very simple meal ( mostly fried rice, corn bread, soup noodles and occasionally some homemade millet wine..) Nothing fancy but fullfilling and worry-free. #fitfabxash #beautifuldestinations

- [πŸ“’ Sound On] Weekend done right on the beach, ALWAYS! and even better with a morning yoga flow. I am never good at inversions, or being up side down. Believe or not, I only knew how to do a proper forward roll last year. But never say never and we are learning everyday. It was a shaky #headstand but my first try outside a yoga room. I am really happy with the progress; not only because of finally being more comfortable with inversions but more about how I am more aware of my body when I am not at my usual positions. And, thanks to the beautiful sounds of waves, it really calms me and puts a smile on my face. πŸ‘™by @sukigi_swim #fitfabxash #ashxtraining

To be honest, those are not world's best demo, not at the best form, not the best edit, nor music ( lol..) but i hope it does bring you a little motivation today and start your own healthy journey. So, here u go my favorite and easiest reps for a full-body workout ( plus some abs ..🍫) 5 sets of -60s jumping jacks -30x oblique crunches -30x squat jumps -60s mountain climbers -30x leg lowers -30s rest in between sets Feel free to leave me comments ( if possible, don't be too harsh..😝), so that I have more ideas what to do for my next one. ❀️ #fitfabxash #ashxtraining
