sallica_truth - Sallica @ms_optimism I ran track for many years as a teen, as an adult I lost the love for it and had no desire to do it, you have to start off slow, run a lap at a time, increase it slowly, hopefully you'll come to love it, I think a lot when I run, it's good cardio and a good stress reliever

ashleyjoi - Ashley Joi @ms_optimism I am not able to lift as heavy while training for this half marathon. So the distance running is more slow twitch muscles and I am loosing my muscle mass. To get further than you have gone before takes going a little further each time. If you only can run 5Min goal 5min 50seconds. Gain the confidence and it will all come together. Walking and running is a great way to get the endurance up!
