- LONG POST WARNING 🤷🏻‍♀️ Pics on the left were taken at the end of March. I let myself go. I would eat pizza/burgers everyday, if possible, and drink a 6 pack. Occasionally hitting the gym. I was not happy in my skin and always putting myself down. blah blah embarrassing >>> fast forward to yesterday- I decided to take some pictures to do a self check-in and was super pumped. I've lost 20lbs. I lift at least 5 times a week and do cardio typically everyday for 20 minutes. I track macros because I can't find a happy medium on "intuitively" eating.
