- This is how I fuel my body to build and maintain muscle and stay slim. I donโ€™t do rabbit food...not that I donโ€™t love my veggies because I do! I love them packed with flavor so itโ€™s not boring! If I had to eat rabbit food to stay fit and healthy then of course I would do just that because why would I want to be sickly and prone to disease? Thatโ€™s pretty stupid.....but I donโ€™t have to because I can fix myself healthy, nutritious AND DELICIOUS meals that do just that and more!! And the more helps to keep me more than satisfied! Nutty Cafe Latte Smoothie after my workout this morning (not pictured but friggin AMAZING!) Pineapple upside down cake overnight oats pudding for breakfast....I could not believe how good this was!! Turkey Burger with cilantro dressing, avocado and egg over easy and my greens (thereโ€™s the rabbit food! Ha!) on a GF everything bagel! FYI.... I am down 61 pounds to date and have not gained one ounce back in almost 2 years!!! #cleaneating #fitnessjourney

The left hand corner is peas ready for Xmas and just out of view are broad beans and leeks.
