- Потихоньку пополняю тег #путьвсовершенноетело или "как из бревна стать крутым йогом" До поездки в Грузию, была цель - научиться стойке на руках. Тогда я начала уделять время отжиманиям и планке, дабы укрепить руки и кор. Время в планке за пару недель удалось улучшить с 30 сек до 2,5 минут. Отжимания - с 5 раз до 12. Плюс, на прогулке с сыном, всегда стараюсь дойти до турника и попытаться подтягиваться, прям в пуховике и в варежках в -10, мне по фиг😀 Уже наконец могу два раза, хотя пару недель не получалось ни одного. Так вот. В стойке, благодаря этому, чувствую себя уверенней, стоять легче! Пытаюсь отрываться от стены и стоять хотя бы 1-2 секунды. Надеюсь, что балансировать свободно - не за горами😊 В общем, ползу потихоньку к мечте или хотя бы стараюсь лежать в её направлении😀

- Day 3of #AffirmationConnection is “I Am grounded .” I chose to do Padmasana, or Lotus pose, is a seated pose for meditation and relaxation in yoga. stretches the feet, ankles, knees, and hips. It stimulates the tissues and nerves of the pelvis, spine, abdomen, and bladder. . Asanas to Prepare for Lotus Pose 1. WIDE KNEE CHILD's POSE Think butt to heels, belly melts down, extension to the spine. One day your chin & chest will be able to reach to the floor 2. CALF MASSAGE The mobility in your knees can depend on the tightness of your calves which are often ignored. Make the calves mushy & you'll instantly find there is so much more you can do. Take a towel, roll it up stiff, place into back knee crease, sit down, stay. First bit really kills, keep breathing & it'll settle 3. MALASANA I get a lot of beef with this one but I still beleive in it. If you find it difficult to hold, place your heels on a block, lean more forward or maybe lean back against a wall. Use support until you don't need it no more. Do what you can 4. EXTENDED SIDE ANGLE From warrior 2 place front hand inside of front foot. Fingers or Palm down up to you. Push knee into arm, open top shoulder, tuck tailbone under, look up & try to twist. This will really open those hips - 5. PIGEON Use support as necessary, focus on pushing the front foot forward. Square hips - 6. GOMUKASANA Also a deep hip opener, ether sit up right it lean forward if you can - 7. BADDHA KONASANA The knees do not need to touch the floor, just do what you can, stay & hold. No matter how high or low you are how ever you hold it will help - 8. HALF LOTUS POSE Hard to show in the picture. Think Janu sirsasana & slide one foot into a half lotus. Keep the knees down as much as possible - 9. LOTUS POSE Try sliding the feet in place versus lifting the feet up to get there. If you're not there, repeat sequence & overtime you will be. If you are, hold as long as possible. - I am way late posting for Day 5 #fitnessdeepblue 12 week fitness challenge. If you worked out today, great job. If not, that's ok, tomorrow is another day. 💪 I unfortunately did not do the workout I had planned, but still got in my yoga. #yogaeveryday I could say, I just got busy and had no time, I had things to do, but in reality I made the choice to not workout before those things happened. In the past, I would get upset with myself if I didn't workout, I am not that person anymore. Yoga is teaching me to live in the now and let it go. You should do the same. I'm telling you it's ok, just don't make it a habit. 😁😁😁 Sorry for the lame setup, I need to change it, but on the bright side, our cube jar is missing 5 days of the 84 we started with. 💪💪💪💪💪💪 It's never to late to join this encouraging challenge.
