- It's not all about working out. It's mainly diet. 80% diet 20% exercise. You can workout all you want but if you're not ready to put time in the kitchen it's gonna be hard. I am a vegetarian so sometimes it's hard to get protein that I miss by not eating meats. I do eat soy meat alternatives which serves as protein but my main source are eggs. I keep my calorie intake at about 1300-1400 a day. For workouts these on the right are my go to (always looking tho for different ones). I take pre-workout before the gym and aminos after for muscle repair. It's hard and tedious but so worth it. Even if your goal is to not loose weight, a change in lifestyle is worth it.
