- Do you have trouble staying on track because you don't have time to cook your meals throughout the day? Do you find yourself picking up something quick and unhealthy because it's your only option due to lack of time? Try meal prepping! I usually have a really busy schedule and when I don't meal prep I tend to go out to eat more, or eat unhealthy foods because it's the quicker option. BUT being busy should not be an excuse to getting off track. Today I cooked all my veggies, carbs, and proteins for the week so that I can just put it on a plate and heat it up and it's good to go! Some of the foods I cooked for the week are: - Cilantro/lemon chicken breasts - Lean ground beef - Lean ground turkey/egg whites - Red&yellow potatoes - Sweet potatoes - Bell peppers, asparagus, zucchini Fail to plan, plan to fail. You CAN stay on track even with a busy schedule, so think smart and do what you can to reach your goals 🤗

- Trying something different. Lifting 70% of our max for a minimum of 6 reps 4 sets on every workout. Next chest day I will be doing 85% of 1rm. When my 85% reps for the same as the 70% I will slide down the weight and increase. Will be doing squats twice a weak now. Mondays and again Thursdays. Hamstrings Tuesday amd Friday and calves Wednesdays with shoulders. Gonna try this out for a month anr see what happens. I will tweak if necessary.
