I HAVE to pack the night before, because this girl is definitely not a morning person 🙅🏻 Breakfast is 3/4 cup egg whites and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella, with 3 slices turkey bacon 🦃🥓 Lunch is ground turkey with Mrs. Dash taco seasoning mix, 1/4 cup refried beans & 1/4 cup mexican rice and a spinach & arugula salad (not pictured).🍴 Snacks include "diabetic friendly" yogurt, for the low carbs (3g) but I am not a diabetic! SmartFoods white cheddar popcorn 🍿 and a protein shake made with unsweetened vanilla cashew milk!
