- One thing I love about coaching is how it introduced me to personal development. This has not only helped me become a better coach, but a better PT, a better girlfriend, friend and daughter. I'm almost done with this book, and I seriously have half the pages dog eared to come back to- this was so me a year ago. Doing all these coaching trainings, participating in the coach Facebook group, reading PD, but I was getting nowhere.... because I wasn't taking ACTION. You don't have to be perfect as a coach, you don't have to be at your "transformation", but you have to take action to see what this opportunity can hold for you! Do I wish I could go back and take action sooner? Of course. But as my new coaches go through training, I know there are so many things I wish I had done earlier on, both for myself and my challengers, that I can share with them to be successful! #whynotyou
