- Trying to make my work lunches happier looking 🌞 Farro, bourbon chicken, and carrot + lotus root. Just sprinkling some chopped red & green onion on the chicken made it look a lot more joyful! And I chose to make lotus root this week because the funky appearance and texture adds something a little different. Stereotypical fitness meal prep can sometimes be pretty bland and boring looking if you're trying to keep it simple and easy. So take the time to add a pop of color and/or texture when necessary! 🌈

- Paul and I are so excited to introduce our beautiful baby girl who joined our family three weeks ago! Millie was born at home surrounded by her brothers, Grandparents and our midwives. We feel so lucky that we have the amazing caseload midwife program at Byron Hospital and the most incredible midwives!! She is absolutely divine and we are over the moon! 💫 I'm embracing the newborn bubble & slower pace of life for now (which basically involves holding her 24 hours a day!! 🙈) Thank you so much for all your beautiful messages & well wishes. We cannot believe we have a daughter and two beautiful boys. I'm sure we will be pinching ourselves for eternity! We are feeling extremely blessed! Look forward to seeing you in town soon 🙌🏼💖🎀💖🎀

- Café da manhã de domingo (porque durante a semana a gente come no carro mesmo 😂). Eu não consigo lembrar quanto tempo faz que não como pão. Talvez uns 3 anos (lóoooogico que quando a gente sai pra comer lanche, eu não tiro o pão e como só o recheio kkk) mais em casa pão não entra. E quando a gente fala sobre isso com alguém, a cara é de espanto: " mais se você não come pão de manhã, come o Que??" Várias coisas kkk, depende mais na boa vontade e do tamanho da fome. Hoje esse é meu café da manhã preferido 💙💜

It also helps to support the upper body and to prevent injury to the spinal column. Yoga and Pilates are both great at strengthening the core.
