These results wouldn't have happened without @fullyrawkristina with her amazing recipies and health advice. It has totally changed my life and cured health problems I had that no other diet could solve. For the exercise part, it's thanks to @vshred_ for the amazing training schedule I got from a custom program and for @toneitup videos that are so fun to workout on. I got these results in 2 months. I will continue to workout and eat raw vegan as for me, this is what really works for my body. Lovin' the results and I can't wait to tone even more. - I'm shiiiiet at recreating photos I've realised, but this is close enough πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ ⬇️ lost 18.3kg as of today! ⬇️ Gone from obese BMI to "normal weight" BMI today too! One thing I've annoyingly noticed is sodium causes my face/chin to fuckin bloat like mad πŸ˜’so I could technically look like the left on any given day following a few salty bois like Doritos. anyway I won't update too much about weight loss because I know how annoying it can be but also I don't think making positive health changes should be seen as annoying so eh πŸ€™πŸΌπŸ˜Ž also I am stressi depressi and losing weight is the only thing I look forward to (but also planning my next cheat meals) so yeah πŸ‘€ #weightlossjourney #weightloss #weightlossbeforeandafter #weightlossmotivation #losingweight #doritos #saltyboiswillgitcha (EDIT: p.s - lifestyle change not a diet. - I have been so hesitant to post these weightloss pics that I have in my phone. I never saw myself getting that big after having my boys, but at that time, I was "fat and happy". I worked nights, came home to my family, and my boyfriend, at the time, cooked all my meals. I don't even think I could see how heavy I was until I stepped on the scale smh... I'm not quite where I want to be, but I thank God that I am not where I used to be. - Well I need a bit of this today!! Feel like banging my head off the wall! So so annoyed with myself, after Archie being in hospital on Friday and the plan being absolutely nowhere to be seen I've continued to 'cheat' even to the point that I ate one of Archie's many remaining Easter eggs that I had hidden from myself last night! .. worse is I can't go to the gym to try and reduce the damage because I've got awful pain in my knee, don't know why, but it feels as though it's locking when I'm walking! .. probably my body punishing me for the shite I've eaten! πŸ™ˆ .. so yes, motivation is defiantly what is needed today!! .. reminding myself how far I've come and trying not to get so down about the blips, but this week is definitely a write off!! .. so plan- smash 3 SP days and hope for the best on Thursday!
