- It's been a while since I posted but I was back at uni this week so my workload has skyrocketed. Anyway, second last session before City Strength on Sunday with a whopping 140kg/308lb opening squat, some light 2 count bench singles at 100kg/220lb and ascending singles up to my opener at 200kg/440lb on deadlift. Everything is moving well and the body feels good! One more session tomorrow and we're ready to go! Thanks to Jose for the calls, videoing and the sweet burger after this session!

- BI-SEPS! The most important thing to remember here is not to swing the weight and keep your back straight. Also on the negative try and hold for one second like I'm doing here ☝️ your rep range is based on strength therefore 6-10 reps should do it, complete 5 sets of this and feel those guns shatter! You can't beat old school training. I don't see many guys doing curls with the Olympic bar and think it's time to stop bitching out and hit this exercise hard! You'll see the benefits!
