- Struggle to eat enough calories? Particularly for your level of activity or you're just increasing for gains?πŸ’ͺ🏼 Then a big bowl of zoats ⬆️ is ideal! It sounds crazy (not getting enough kcals) but I find that eating high volume/healthy/veggies = feeling full on less calories! (Which can be ideal for fat loss but if I had it my way I'd eat spinach & scrambled egg all day e'ryday). Yes thats "healthy" but it's not balanced, nor enough energy so I'd end up unhealthy. Hence the irony that eating clean 100% isn't always healthiest for our bodies (unless you can eat mega volumes or calorie dense "clean" food). . Oats are awesome for increasing caloric intake but they're great for fat loss too (yes even with choccie & nut butter😍). I guarantee you'll be satisfied for hours. You won't crave chocolate as it's allowed in your diet in moderation. You won't overeat the chocolate cos you'll have the oats to power through to fill you right upπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ . PS @manilife_ deep roast is unbelievable! It's such a unique nut butter; I recommendπŸ₯œπŸ˜
