- Día 13 del #desafiorocketyogavenezuela 🚀🎆 Ese #virabhadrasana3 que ven ahí, si, tiene bragas/overoles, y no son sexy pero son cómodos, divertidos y es tan ochentoso. Quienes me conocen saben que aunque tengo 22 años, quedé atrapada en los 80 ( si, ya sé, solo fueron 10 años, pero los mejores: las mejores películas, la mejor música) . . ¿ Por qué comencé a practicar yoga? El yoga llegó a mi vida de casualidad. Estaba recién llegada a Caracas y necesitaba algo divertido pero que al mismo tiempo me removiera el alma, algo que simplemente me colocará frente a frente conmigo misma. . . ¿Desde cuándo lo práctico? Desde los 18 años, desde lo más intenso hasta lo más intermitente. El yoga me ha dado la oportunidad de conocerme, corregirme, entenderme y aceptarme. . . ¿Secretos en mi mat? Muchisimos. He pasado por todas las paletas de colores de las emociones: desde lo más oscuro, grises hasta los colores más brillantes. . . Si mi mat fuese una persona, seria alguien que me conoce desde lo más vulnerable hasta lo más fuerte. Verdaderamente mi mat me ha visto crecer, llorar, rendirme. En él me refugio cuando el mundo es muy áspero, pero no para esconderme o huir, sino para entenderlo, aceptarlo, adaptarme y animarme a cambiarlo . . Hoy mi mat vuelve a ser testigo de que me rindo ante quién soy, sin juzgarme: tímida, dura, flexible, ocurrente, perceptiva, etc. Hoy me rindo ante esa energía que me hace sentir en calma y sobre todo me rindo ante esa sensación de no tener expectativas. As always, remember to warm up! Be kind to yourself - balance can vary from day to day and from side to side. Feel free to use a wall or any other prop to assist you. 1. From Mountain pose, step the right foot forward and shift all of your weight onto this leg. 2. Inhale the arms over your head and interlace the fingers, pointing the index finger up. 3. As you exhale, lift the left leg up and out, hinging at the hips to lower the arms and torso down towards the floor. 4. Look down at the floor or a fixed point ahead of you for balance. Reach out through the left toes and the crown and fingers making one straight line. 5. Breathe and hold for 2-6 breaths. 6. To release: inhale the arms up to lower the leg back to the floor and step both feet together back into Mountain pose. 7. Ve bazen mükemmel, iyi ve dengeli olmaya çalışmak dengesizliğin tâ kendisi.
