- Everyone keeps messaging and asking about what I have been eating post comp. so for starters my shake I have been making everyday. I decided to start incorporating more veggies+ fruit and apple cider vinegar in my diet to almost prove a point that you can enjoy the fruits of nature and be "fit" Fruits change depending on what I have. Always a banana and blue berries Though. My Antioxidant Greens shake: 16oz glass full of ice top with water (Put in blender) 2oz strawberries 1 full banana 2oz mango 1oz blueberries 1TBS Apple cider vinegar 1 scoop @amazinggreens superfood (because eating veggies all day just isn't sometimes possible) 1 scoop @youtheory Collogen powder (for skin beautifying properties) 1 scoop @mansports Glutamine powder ( muscle growth and recovery) 1 hand full fresh spinach 178calories You can add protein as well. I usually drink my shakes separately. Eating healthy is the most important part of the fitness Industry. Everyone has their ways and styles. I'm constantly trying new products and new styles. With being Lactose intolerant, and sensitive to a lot of foods I have to work around certain things. Some people may agree or disagree that you can or can't eat fruits while a bodybuilder. When consumed in small portions and used as fuel it is totally acceptable. Living off tilapia and brown rice is NOT the only way to diet. Don't fool yourself. I have been asked to post more about my food. I will start getting better at that PROMISE. - • BERRIES • 🇫🇷 Même si j'ai mangé comme une porcinette ces 3 dernières semaines, je mange tout de même beaucoup de fruits... puis vu les kilos que j'ai à perdre je pense qu'ils vont faire partie de chacun de mes repas quand je vais rentrer à Toulouse ! 🍓 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 🇬🇧 Although I've been eating like a piggy over the past 3 weeks, I do eat a lot of fruit as well... and given the kilos I need to lose I think they'll be part of my everyday diet once I get back home! 🍓
