It's time for my 2nd annual Yoga for a Cause supporting Breast Cancer Awareness! As a breast cancer survivor, 14 years now and thankful, I'm going to go out on a limb,again, by myself with no official yoga challenge, per say because I've recruited zero sponsors. Just know that you're spreading awareness and that's the ultimate prize for all of us! Through the entire month of October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness month, I will post motivational poses with the tag of #loveyourbodynomatterwhatyourbattle I created this to support you and anyone you know in their fight, both sisters/brothers.
