Having a casual Sunday morning recovery workout and wanna ruin your delts without exceeding 30lb of resistance? ⚪️⚪️⚪️⚪️⚪️⚪️⚪️⚪️⚪️⚪️⚪️⚪️⚪️⚪️⚪️ Here I'm running through a superset of "lateral" raises and reverse flys, but each component of the superset is a drop set in itself. I like to begin my lateral raises from a fairly lateral position, and then bring the resistance forward a bit as I go through the set. This seems to help me avoid excessive trap involvement in the raise, though your mileage may vary. - Had to change up the schedule and pulled today. Worked up to a double @ RPE 9 with 415 on sumo. Despite the speed, these felt a lot better than conventional so I’ll stick with sumo for now. Did some more doubles with 315 and then did a set of 5 with 225 with a band to engage my lats more.
