All you have to do is warm it up for 90 seconds and it has so many health benefits! It makes for such an easy meal when you're on the go, or even if you're looking to make something a little more nice. and I made the most amazing dinner with it. All it was:
🍚1 packet of brown & red rice
🍚1.5 pounds of chicken breast
All we did was bake the chicken, and then later added the rice & green beans in a pan, and baked it for 10 more minutes.
