- Some late night training called for some late night cooking. I listen to my body and it's been a big "feed" week. I began upping my training intensity today after downregulating early in the week after competing last Saturday. My body is replenished, restored, strong, and loose... exactly what I'm pushing for (yang) and allowing (yinl with my #moBILLity protocol. In this photo I cooked some grass Fed butter and ccount oil as my base. I then placed a couple hand fulls full of kale, followed by some mixed veggies. 5 eggs. Turmeric. Ginger. Garlic. Pepper. Sea salt. Parmesan and Colby Jack cheese. I'm tempted to workout again so I can make it again.
