- 👊LITTLE MILESTONES KEEP YOU GOING!!! --- 🔑Focussing on the big picture will sometimes get you to push through when times get hard but sometimes it’s what you need to do in order to actually grasp why you’re doing it! --- 💥With the big picture I mean, why are you into this, what do you want to be in 3 years from now? What do you see yourself to be in 5-10-20 years from now.. A lot people think so short sighted and this is where @garyvee ‘s concept of macro patience micro speed comes into play. To quote my friend @cartergood who tried to motivate the hell out me a few days ago “Dennis, you should be hustling your ass off every single day as hard as you can” And that is what I want to share with you as well!! --- 👊You need to be working towards your big picture goals as hard as you can but sometimes it gets hard, and seeing the little milestones will keep you going!!! Little milestones like: --- 👖Your pants or clothes in general fit looser, or tighter if you’re trying to gain muscle. Feeling this is motivating as hell!!! Today I had a client mentioning this and I thought to myself, that’s one hell of a queue you’re making progress!! --- 👓Or you see visual changes, that’s seriously one the most motivating things you can see! When I saw my first vein popping in my arm, I wanted to hit the weights so hard again! That was hella motivating to me!! --- 🙊Lastly, the number on the scale has massively changed over time, you guys know I love the daily weigh ins. If you look back on a tracking pad and look on the sheet of 4 weeks ago and you see, OH I dropped 10 lbs, that’s hella motivating while you don’t see any big changes from day to day! --- 💥That’s what keeps you going! --- ❓If there’s anything I can help you with please make sure to reach out to me, email or dm me!
