Post workout fuel was his and hers protein pancakes πŸ₯ž- πŸ’ƒπŸ» was @drinkorgain pumpkin protein, @kodiakcakes pumpkin flax mix (about 1.5 tablespoons), flax, pumpkin πŸŽƒ purΓ©e, a whole egg πŸ₯š, cacao nibs, almond milk and topped with @purely_elizabeth grain less granola, @eatingevolved coconut butter, coconut shavings, and a little @eatingevolved almond sea salt bar (a square) πŸ•ΊπŸ» was @uniconutrition banana protein with 1/2 banana 🍌 flax, an egg πŸ₯š, @kodiakcakes about the same amount as mine, almond milk, and cacao nibs. Topped with maple 🍁 syrup, coconut, 1/2 banana, @barkthins and @nocow Raspberry nut butter.
