- Осенний грушевый пирог ~ (by @swtnflour ) ~ Как сделать ароматный грушевый пирог? Все дело в сочной начинке! Всего несколько груш, сметана, творог и жареный миндаль. ~ Ингредиенты: ~ Пшеничная мука — 300 г Сливочное масло (охлажденное) — 160 г Сахарный песок — 140 г Крупный яичный желток — 3 шт. Молоко — для подачи ~ Для крема и начинки: ~ Сметана — 550 г Творог — 150 г Сахарный песок — 180 г Кукурузный крахмал — 3 ст. л. Яичный белок — 4 шт. Груши — 400 г Жареный миндаль — 25 г ~ На 100 г — 268 ккал ~ Приготовление: ~ 1. Для теста растираем муку и сливочное масло в крошку. 2. Отдельно растираем сахар с желтками. 3. Соединяем мучную крошку с желтковой массой и замешиваем тесто. 4. Охлаждаем тесто (30 минут). 5. Распределяем тесто в подготовленной форме диаметром 25 см. 6. Выкладываем сверху фольгу или пергамент. 7. Распределяем термостойкий груз. 8. Запекаем при 170 °C 15 минут и удаляем груз. 9. Для начинки протираем творог через сито или растираем до гладкости. 10. Соединяем со сметаной, крахмалом, сахаром и взбиваем до однородности. 11. Отдельно взбиваем белки до мягких пиков. 12. Аккуратно вводим белки в сметанную массу. 13. Выкладываем поверх основы нарезанные груши (150 г откладываем для украшения). 14. Аккуратно распределяем крем. 15. Сверху выкладываем ломтики груш и присыпаем измельченным миндалем. 16. Выпекаем (180 °C) 40–50 минут. 17. Готовый пирог оставляем в выключенной духовке с приоткрытой дверцей (30 минут). 18. Охлаждаем (2–3 часа). 19. - Goal for Black Friday: Stay home! The last thing I need is to park my gratitude at yesterday. I'm not passing judgement on how any of you might choose to spend your day. I'm only acknowledging that I have to intentionally hold myself to my own value system that I personally feel eroding. • I'm jaded by the "system". I've spent too long sifting through the complexities of caregiving to swim with enthusiasm for pop culture. I'm done. Or, I'm trying to be... It's easier said then done but self-discipline is cultivated. Like a muscle, it requires training if we are to master our behaviors and I'm trying not to shop and be influenced by mainstream mania even though the pull to participate is strong. I mean, it's Black Friday! It's this day's "festive" and FOMO is loud but I have to muffle it into a whisper. So, I'm staying home. I'm hiding from the materialism and holding tight to another day of gratitude. • The gratitude Black Friday sale is likely in your fridge! Mine's exploding in leftover goodies including these pumpkin hand-pies that I've been dipping in fresh whip cream, cause, duh!!! I like to treat my pie like chips + dip. They are also easy to hold for my favorite senior. • Any other homebodies out there? What's on you Black Friday to-do list?
