- Chicken pasta with mushroom pepper with white sauce Braise chopped mushroom until water has dried out and cooked. Remove from pan and put in Pyrex dish Braise chopped pepper until done. Remove from pan and put in Pyrex dish with mushroom. Add @robertsonsspice chicken spice and barbeque spice to mushroom and pepper and mix. Cook chopped chicken fillet with butter, garlic, Sujees Green Masala, stamped cloves and all spice, chicken and barbeque spice. Add chicken to mushroom and pepper mixture and mix and spread evenly in Pyrex dish. Boil screw or fusili pasta and spread over mixture in Pyrex. Make white sauce: melt 4 Tablespoon butter with 4 Tablespoon flour. Add 2 cups hot milk gradually to flour butter mixture, mixing thoroughly with whisk to avoid lumps until thick and smooth. Add 250ml fresh cream to sauce and mix. Pour over mixture in Pyrex dish evenly, gently moving pasta to get sauce inside to bottom. Bake at 180C in oven until you see sauce bubbles. Remove from oven and add grated cheese over while hot so cheese melts. Bon Appetit Enjoy! - Peri Peri Chicken with Creamy Vegetable Pasta Marinate chicken with Sujees Peri Peri Masala, ground jeero (cumin), rough red chillies, Nandos Medium Peri Peri Sauce, red chilli powder, tomato puree and salt to taste. Grill on non stick pot or pan with butter until chicken is done. Saute chopped mushroom in pan till cooked and excess water has dried out. Remove from pan Cook chopped pepper until done. Remove from pan and add to mushroom. Lightly braise mixed veg (carrot, corn and peas). Mix all veg back in pan with salt, black pepper, little white pepper, Sujees Peri Peri Masala and tomato puree, salt to taste and lightly braise for a minute to infuse flavour of spices. Boil fusili or screws pasta al dente and drain. Add veg to pasta and add fresh cream and some mozzarella cheese and mix well. Marinate fish with Sujee's Fish&Prawn Masala, add some tomato puree and about 2 grated or liquidised tomatoes. Once onions are braised add fish and let it cook. Once its almost done add some brown sugar and aamli/tamarind, I usually just keep a bottle of Quality Pickle's Tamarind Sauce (made in Cape Town), ever since I found this I've gone lazy to soak aamli 😁 (can be used as a samoosa sauce as well and the other sauces are just as yummy) Sprinkle some garam masala, and cut up some spring onion and green dhania.Done.
