- 👉🏻prepping to this #ifbb competition I combined few strategies: - I used Lyle McDonald #stabbornfat protocols (I altered them though for my personal physical and mental characteristics) - I had flexible diet (honestly I can't call it diet, it was healthy eating with minimum restrictions). I had #healthy social life and even ate my #sugarfree cakes from my upcoming e-book #howtoquitsugarin21days ☝️the last piece of my signature #cheesecake I had 3 days out of the show. - I tried to voluntary control the level of stress (cortisol), level of #dopamine, #serotonin, and level of excitement (catecholamines) implementing my knowledge from the #harvard #neuroscience course I'm about to accomplish. It worked perfectly for me. I came back to my lean completion form without starvation, social isolation and stressing our. - Buenos días!!🙋🏼💕 desde que tengo la gofrera no había vuelto a hacer pancakes los domingos y esto no puede ser!! Las tradiciones hay que respetarlas jaja . He respetado mis cantidades pautadas por @nutricionistanoel y aquí tenéis el resultado 😍👌🏼 . 👩🏼‍🍳 RECETA: 🔸100gr de harina de avena 1 huevo +3 claras 🔸1 chorrito de leche 🔸stevia líquida 🔸canela. PARA DECORAR: 🔸canela y proteína de vainilla de @mybodygenius espolvoreada y 1 kiwi . ⚠️podéis adaptar la receta a vuestras cantidades, si utilizáis la mitad de avena quitar 1 o 2 claras. Si le añadís arándanos a la mezcla quedan súper jugosas o si preferís unos creppes finos podéis ponerle más leche para que la mezcla quede más fina.
