- #breakfast Had a different one today and yesterday and YES, it was a little challenge but also YES, it was sooo good😍(even if it doesn't look so): Overnight-Oats, blueberry Skyr, natural yoghurt, an apple and chocolate powder🍧😏 The last days, my had was a little bit messy but well, I'll get over it and better days are coming😌I can finally feel it: I'm on MY way and that's the RIGHT way!💪🏼It feels scary, but in a good way. - #TRANSFORMATIONTUESDAY ⬅️ Left, december 2014 ➡️ Right, Sunday (28/5/17) . . . Ahhh where do I even start, I say the same on every transformation photo so I'll try keep this brief, but knowing me it won't be . . . Back in 2014 I had just turned 14 so I wasn't serious about fitness but I was brought up by the influence of social media, therefore I felt like I had to do hours of cardio and squats (which in my case weren't even squats they was no weight fast and not proper form, I cringe at my old self but I also I was 14, I shouldn't have been worried about having a small waist, big butt and small thighs, I now know that you can't grow booty without growing legs which now I'm totally fine with growing larger legs it's what I'm striving for! But it was a learn curb for me, if I hadn't done what I did back when I was 14, would I be doing what I'm doing today? . . . There's like 2 and half years between these and I only started the gym at the start of 2016 but wasn't allowed on the weights until November when I turned 16 so I've only really been doing heavy weights in the past few months and my progress has been crazy, I've only started taking protein shake in the past 3 months, I don't count macros or calories, I literally eat junk but I make sure I do have a healthy spread too . . . Back in 2014 I thought these girls i saw online walked around that all the time and that I'd never be able to be where they are, since this account it's definitely made me have a different outlook towards people and everything in general, i used to think it was just me who bloated and looked like I was 5 months pregnant but from making this account I have learnt so much and the community is so supporting here on instagram so I don't know where I'm going with this now so I'll leave it here 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ . . . Thank you if you read this farrrrr I know there's so many of these types of posts or there and they are very repetitive 😶😂 (p.s loving the red face there, andddd before the comments coming flooding 'it's a different pose' I knowww but the change in my eyes is a lot and I'm proud of where I've come and where I am heading, it's not always physical it's mentally too 😊)

Contrary to a lot of excuses or preconceived obstacles, anyone who puts in the effort CAN get stronger and leaner. Age, body type, schedule, previous illness, money...these haven't prevented others from putting in the time to exercise and eat better. There's always something you can do. I'm still doing @kayla_itsines' #BBG 75 weeks later, 6 months into #yoga and much healthier eating habits 🤗 So if you've been thinking about it, just start. Today. Have a fantastic week folks 💗
