- Definitely lots of different movements today- here is my move of the day- I totally felt like the TinMan from the Wizard of Oz 🤣🤣 - Did this move for one minute we would go slow like this and then we will pick up the pace for a little while and then he would have us go slow again. - People ask me all the time -where do you get your motivation from- I wish I could be disciplined like you- BUT I have to tell you yes my groups keep me motivated but I don't feel that it's discipline it is because of my lifestyle it has become a daily habit it's my routine to get up in the morning and work out even on the weekends it's the first thing I do. But you have to be ready to make that happen-who's ready to make that habit? Do you know it takes 21 days to make a habit?! - 💋 The steps you take today get you one step closer to your goal 💋 #goals #athomeworkout #fitmom #getfitwithtanya #habit #Iifestyle

- Who else struggles with drinking enough water? 🙋🏻 Before I left my corporate America desk job to stay home with my kiddos, I always had a water bottle with me and would fill it constantly (hello, water cooler). Something about running around all day and focusing on the care of my children makes me forget to hydrate! I'm going to start putting more focus here by making it a goal to drink at least 4 of these water bottles a day (that's around 10 cups). Adding citrus oils seems to help me want to drink it.
