- 🀣🀣 This makes me laugh at myself!! But when you see your crossfit coach doing 2 for 1 Wallballs you just gotta try them too. - I always like to be creative in my practice and when i work with other people by simply adding some breath excersises and hold postures to connect body and mind. Stretch, band , flex your body with deep breathing and holding pose for 2-3 minutes. Stretch beyond your limits πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’ž β€’Holding a pose will challenge the mind. When you hold a pose for longer, staying still in the pose takes more effort to be present. Through breathing consciously and staying with your strong you can stabilize your mind. By constantly recommitting to your anchor, whether it’s your breath, physical sensations in your body or something you choose yourself really helps to cultivate stability in your mind. β€’After a practice you will feel very grounded. You feel solid on the earth and your mind is quiet.I personally love holding poses. This practice is really interesting for many people like myself because holding a pose is not something that comes naturally! It is a practice that is more beneficial than any other because it balances out that other, quicker side of you.
