Adjust your baby's schedule slowly by 10 min increments starting one week before the actual time change. Also make sure you have some dark black out curtains and have a calm relaxing time before bedtime. A sample schedule can look like this normal bedtime 7pm.
Day 1 6.50pm, Day 2 6.40pm, Day 3 6.30pm, Day 4 6.20pm, Day 5 6.10pm, Day 6 6pm. Your baby should have fully adjusted by 2 weeks.
