I️ have nothing but the problems of being blessed and building the emotional muscles to cope with the level of my new blessings. So I’m sitting up here writing exercise programs for my clients. For every one hour I️ spend with a client I️ spend another 15 min- 60 min at home behind a desk improving on what we do together. You can’t improve what you don’t assess and what you don’t evolve. And why not relax with a cosy dressing gown and a little face Care at the same time. Lol. . . . Self Care and US Care || . . . - I don't know much about soccer/fútbol, but I now know I love going to the games! My team, the Millonarios, out played Cali 5-1 to earn a spot in the quarterfinals! Drums, chanting, and songs never stopped and neither did the scoring. I am definitely going to try to go to a match while in Europe. This goes down as one of the best sporting events I've been to.
