Bleeding hurts, but without a hint of glamour would be even worse. Among all the pearls and shells I've got, I pick the whitest and the finest yet so delicate that requires a very good control of strength and high level of attention to fully commit to the embroidery process into human flesh. The pain is strikingly horrible whenever I place a tiny piece of ornament onto my wounds. At the same time, it is such a relief when I remember this is a step further towards the completion of my own art piece--a modern beauty of a picture that captures one second of eternity. I couldn't relinquish more every exquisite piece possible in my hand; slowly and gently, I thread them all, pieces by pieces, going through my flesh with a tingle that tags along with every movement. Until the very last piece is done, my wounds show disagreement with artistic transcendence of my arms. My warm blood penetrates between the edges of finery, leaving crimson patterns that perpetuate through an intrusion of undesirable redness. Hastily, I use my iPhone to take a photo of it, with great satisfaction and incomprehensible happiness, to win over my biological resistance. I upload it on my social media platform and I receive more than one thousand 'likes' in a second. While I'm reading the comments showing all kinds of affection and appreciation towards my artwork, I have not noticed my arms are swelling, bulging and puffing to a point where they are as gigantic as a pair of thick elephant legs, two ancient pillars or even two enormous skyscrapers. No one knows my arms are chopped off in a week, as no one asks about it or even cares for it.
